Tanya’s cleared for surgery! 💪🙏

Tanya with Kecia, the Living Donor Navigator

This morning, Tanya arrived at the hospital for pre-op. Calm, steady, and full of grace, she met with her surgeon and cleared the final hurdle before surgery.

This moment has been three years in the making for both Tanya and Jason. It’s incredible to see how faith, perseverance, and the kindness of strangers have all come together to make this day possible.

Every step of this journey brings Jason one step closer to receiving his long-awaited kidney transplant through the National Kidney Registry. What started as a single act of compassion from a woman in Texas has now grown into a chain of generosity that will save multiple lives.

We are deeply grateful for Tanya’s strength, unwavering faith, and willingness to say “yes”—and for the incredible DOVE Transplant – Living Kidney Donation for Veterans team that brought them together.

To everyone following Jason’s journey, thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and love. Your support reminds us that hope truly multiplies when shared.
